He is responsible for overseeing procurement, quality control, and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient sourcing and uninterrupted material flow. He also currently serves as Director of RK Minerals & Industrial Supplies Private Limited and Arkchemy Minerals.
Karthika Balasubramanian
Executive Director – International Sales & Business Developmen
Karthika Balasubramanian is the Executive Director of Rare K Minerals with over 18 years of professional experience. Holding qualifications in B.Com, ACS, and MBA, she specializes in international sales, business development, and industrial mineral applications. She has successfully developed customers across North America, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe, and is recognized for her expertise in surface preparation and customer-centric technical solutions.
